Terms of Service

Effective date: July 18, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of PaySovra's website, dashboard, checkout widget, hosted pages, plugins, APIs, and related services (together, the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services you agree to these terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business.

1. What PaySovra is — and is not

PaySovra is non-custodial payment software. The Services let merchants accept cryptocurrency payments that settle directly to wallets the merchant controls. PaySovra never holds, stores, transmits, exchanges, or takes custody of merchant or customer funds at any point in a transaction.

PaySovra is not a bank, money transmitter, money services business, exchange, custodian, or financial advisor. Blockchain transactions are executed by the relevant blockchain networks, not by PaySovra. Once a transaction is broadcast it cannot be reversed, modified, or cancelled by PaySovra.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it current. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for safeguarding your credentials, API keys, and webhook secrets. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You are solely responsible for the wallet addresses, extended public keys, and payout configuration you enter. Funds sent to an address you configured cannot be recovered by PaySovra if that configuration was wrong.

3. Plans, billing, and limits

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through our billing provider. Plan limits (including monthly order limits and registered website limits) are described on the pricing page. If you exceed your plan limits we may pause new payment sessions, prompt an upgrade, or both.

If a subscription payment fails we will retry it and notify you. Continued failure results in downgrade to the Free plan, not account deletion. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Merchant responsibilities

  • Comply with all laws that apply to your business and your customers, including consumer-protection, sanctions, tax, and licensing requirements in the jurisdictions you operate in.
  • Use the Services only in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy, including accurate categorization of your business.
  • Handle your customers' data lawfully, including any email or shipping information collected through PaySovra checkout surfaces on your behalf.
  • Fulfill the orders, refunds, and obligations you owe your own customers.

5. Refunds and disputes between you and your customers

Because PaySovra never holds funds, refunds are sent by you from your own wallet. PaySovra may provide tooling that records and reconciles refunds, but the transfer itself is yours. Disputes between you and your customers are between you and your customers; PaySovra is not a party to them.

6. Intellectual property

PaySovra and its licensors own the Services, including software, design, and trademarks. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services (including the widget, plugins, and SDKs) to accept payments for your business while these terms are in effect. Feedback you send us may be used without obligation to you.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Cryptocurrency values are volatile, blockchain networks can be congested or unavailable, and exchange-rate figures shown in the Services are informational estimates, not guarantees.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PaySovra will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost funds resulting from misconfigured wallets, blockchain network behavior, or third-party services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of the Services is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

9. Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold PaySovra harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your business, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for violation of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, for legal compliance, or to protect the integrity of the platform. Because PaySovra is non-custodial, suspension never affects funds you have already received — they are in your wallet. You may delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes we will give notice (for example by email or a dashboard notice) before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law and contact

The governing law and venue for these terms will be specified at launch. Questions about these terms can be sent to legal@paysovra.com.
