Frequently asked questions.
General
What is PaySovra?
PaySovra is a non-custodial crypto and stablecoin payment gateway. Customers pay in crypto; funds settle directly to a wallet the merchant controls. PaySovra coordinates the checkout, monitors the blockchain, and confirms the payment — it never holds the money.
Is PaySovra custodial?
No. PaySovra never holds merchant funds at any point. Every payment settles on-chain directly to the merchant's own wallet. There is no PaySovra balance, holding account, or payout schedule.
Who is PaySovra for?
Merchants, ecommerce operators, technical founders, agencies, and developers who want to accept crypto payments without handing over wallet control.
Does PaySovra require KYC?
No. Merchants and customers can transact without identity verification. Merchants remain responsible for the legal requirements of their own jurisdiction.
Payments
How do merchants receive funds?
Customers pay to an address derived from the merchant's own wallet configuration — an xpub for Bitcoin and Litecoin, or merchant-supplied address pools for EVM chains, Tron, and Solana. Settlement is on-chain and direct; there is no intermediary balance.
What happens after a customer pays?
PaySovra watches the blockchain, tracks confirmations, updates the payment status in real time, and fires a signed webhook to the merchant's backend when the payment confirms — so orders can be fulfilled automatically.
Does PaySovra hold funds?
No. Funds move from the customer's wallet to the merchant's wallet in a single on-chain transaction. PaySovra can see the payment but can never touch it.
Which cryptocurrencies are supported?
Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Solana, BNB, Polygon (POL), Tron (TRX), plus USDT and USDC across Ethereum, Polygon, BSC, Arbitrum, Optimism, Base, Tron, and Solana — 22 token-network combinations in total.

Is there an API?

Pricing
How much does PaySovra cost?
Free: $0 for 50 orders/month. Starter: $49/month for 300 orders. Pro: $129/month for 1,500 orders and 3 websites. Enterprise: custom. There are no percentage fees on payments — merchants pay the flat subscription and the blockchain's network fee, nothing else.
Are there transaction fees?
PaySovra charges no percentage-based fees on payments. The only per-transaction cost is the blockchain network (gas) fee, which is set by the network, not by PaySovra.
