Do I need a paid plan to use the API or widget?
The widget, hosted checkout, payment API, plugins and webhooks are on every plan — including Free — so you can accept crypto right away. Pro adds the automation layer: secret keys for the full management API and AI agent access, so tools like ChatGPT or Claude can run your store for you. Paid plans also raise your monthly order volume.
Are there extra fees on top of the plan price?
No percentage-based fees on your orders. You pay the network gas fee (charged by the blockchain, not PaySovra) and nothing else.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately on upgrade, or at the end of the billing cycle on downgrade.
What happens if I exceed my order limit?
We'll notify you and offer an easy upgrade to the next plan. We won't cut off your checkout mid-month — payments keep flowing while you decide.
